Karyll Hyacinthe is a Haitian-born finance professional and community builder with a passion for finding sustainable solutions to Haiti’s most complex challenges. He studied Management at ENST in Port-au-Prince before specializing in Finance in the United States, where he gained extensive experience in wealth management and financial services. His career spans both commercial banking in Haiti and investment advising in the U.S., giving him a unique dual perspective on economic development and community empowerment.

Karyll is the founder and leader of Dyaspora.ht, a nonprofit initiative focused on organizing the Haitian diaspora into a unified, action-driven network. His mission is to create a digital platform that empowers Haitians abroad to communicate effectively, make collective decisions, and take coordinated action to support Haiti’s progress. With deep roots in both Haiti and the diaspora, Karyll continues to advocate for structure, strategy, and unity as the keys to long-term impact.
